Assalamualaikum Friends Welcome to Back My youtube channel I am Gulam rasul today I am back with a new video In which I will tell you how to make Gemat in Arabic style This is also known as crispy sweet ball and Arabic people more like to eat in Ramadan

First of all we make the batter of Gamat, for that we have taken a bowl and add two cups of flour in it. Along with this we add 3 tbsp of corn flour, a little To make it a little crispy, add some salt as per taste. Add 3 tablespoon sugar

Slightly sweet, add half a teaspoon cardamom powder for flavor, add 1 tablespoon of dry yeast. So that the yeast can swell properly, we will add 2 tablespoon of yogurt along with it. To soften the curd, we add half

Cup of milk. We are also adding this to soften it. Along with that, we will add some saffron here. For color, so that whatever color it is, it will be good, also add 1/4 cup of oil whose weight is 60 ml. To soften it, now add

250 ml water. Now mix it well. We have to prepare a soft batter. Mix the batter well. The batter you mix the better your Gamat will be look at it soft. We have to prepare it in this way.Do not make it too wet.

Do not keep it too tight. So see, we are done. Now we have to leave it to rest and swell for at least an hour so that it becomes soft. Now we make sugar syrup. For that, we have taken a pot and
