Recipe: Keto Pizza

1. Preheat ove to 475 F
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Pour three mixes into one bowl and mix with whisk.
4. Put 1 and 1/3 cups mix into bowl and add 3/4 cup hot water with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
5. Stir until becomes a ball of dough. You will need to add approximately 1/2 cup more of flour mixture to make the ball of dough have the right consistency. Add a little at a time.
6. Knead for 2 minutes. Let rest in covered bowl for at least 10 minutes, up to 1 hour.
7. Roll out to desired thickness then place on parchment paper and create crust or leave flat.
8. Bake in oven for 4 minutes then add 1 cup of tomato puree.
9. Bake for 4 more minutes then add, parmesan cheese, crushed oregano or Italian seasoning. Then add one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
10. Bake for 4 more minutes.
11. For a softer crust leave on parchment paper. For a crispier crust, remove parchment paper after step 8 and place directly on oven rack for even crispier crust.
12. Keep an eye on it for the final 4 minutes checking every minute until the cheese looks the way you like.
13. Take out and cut and serve.

On their own these keto mixes are not so good but mixed together they are delicious most keto Pizza is complicated with so many ingredients this one only has three flour water and olive oil set the oven to 475° you’re also going to need some mozzarella cheese of course and some

Parmesano cheese put all the mixes into a bowl and then mix them together they complement each other I like to store the mix in a bag for later it makes up to three pizzas then you’re going to need some hot water not lukewarm and not boiling but hot add 2

Tbspoon of olive oil you’re going to need 3/4 of a cup of hot water and then you’re going to need a cup and A3 of the mix put it all together in a bowl the flour the water and the oil and then start mixing it together with a fork or

Come together until it’s a nice cohesive ball of dough and then put it in a bowl and cover it and leave it for 10 minutes to an hour you could roll out the pizza immediately if you want then you you should put some parchment paper on a cookie

Sheet and now take your dough and start rolling it out roll it out as thin or as thick as you like I like a thin crust so I roll it out pretty thin and I roll it out a little bit bigger than as wide as the cookie sheet is in the parchment
