Beans Tuna Salad
-1 can white beans
-1 can tuna
-1 avocado
-1/2 small red onion (or less)
-olive oil
-lemon juice (a lot – it tastes better this way)
-salt and pepper

If you take an avocado dice it a can of white beans rims open a can of tuna Dy some red onion and now just put it all together drizzle some olive oil lemon juice salt and pepper and you will have the most perfect low carb no cook

Dinner or you can make a lettuce wrap lettuce
