  2. According to your personal preference, you can let the Ochro fry longer to develop a crispy consistency.

  4. I do not wish to be a Negative Nancy, but seems to me you should be cooking on the other side of the fire so it doesn't come up and burn your hand or arm. But it sure looks good.
