– Look at this right now. Chocolate banana gooey cake. – Hi, I’m Brandy. – And I’m Nadia. And guess what? We’re in front of Mythos Restaurant. – [Brandy] Mythos offers Mediterranean, one of my favorites, Asian, another one of my favorites and American fare. – Ooo, one of my favorites. – That’s right. It’s also located inside of Universal Islands of Adventure

Here at Universal Orlando Resort. And did you know that Mythos was voted best theme park restaurant 10 times? – 10 times? Let’s eat. – Let’s eat. Welcome to Mythos! (voice echoing) We’re here with our starter. We’re gonna dig in right now. – And I’m going in. Mmm, that crunch. – Girl, this chip. I can eat this chip by itself. I think this is a great starter. It’s about to go down. – I see it.

– I got my octopus, I have some corn and olive in the green sauce here. It’s gonna be a garlic and a lime aioli. Can’t go wrong with an aioli. – I have some lamb meatballs and Brandy, I didn’t even know you could turn lamb into meatballs.

Did you know you could do that? – I do now. – Guys, look, it has the polenta with some chili marinara on the side. Sitting on chimichurri. Oh, it’s going down. – I’m not a big fan of olives, but this combination is seasoned well. Oh, did I tell you that the octopus passed

My butter knife test. – The butter knife test? – I can tell it with a butter knife, because I expect octopus to be chewy. No. – Not at all. Yeah, I think you should have got this one. – I’ll get that next time.

I’m a big meatball fan and to have it this way, you guys made me a big lamb meatball fan. – [Brandy] Mmm. – It is sandwich time. I have my Fork, Knife and Spoon Three Cheese Grilled Cheese and I’ve come prepared. – Right. (laughing) – What do you have? – I have Mythos Signature Lamb Burger. You have your tomato, some lettuce and onion and you have a nice feta olive aioli. Drizzle, drizzle, baby.

Time to go lamb on this thing. – I like what you did there. – Mmm. Oh my gosh. – You dripping girl. – It’s dripping. – You dripping girl! – I’m dripping, huh? You know I’m dripping, huh? – This is delicious. I have my Tuscan Tomato Soup underneath my Three Cheese Grilled Cheese

And the cheeses by the way, are the Fontina, Monterey Jack and Sharp Cheddar with a little bit of Parmesan sprinkled on the top. They also have great options for kids to enjoy. Grilled Cheese, Chicken Fingers. – They’re not that grilled cheese, but a grilled cheese.

I think it’s time for a drink. – I could do that. – All right, I’m gonna take another fry and then we can venture. Okay. Scoots, scoots, scoots. I’m getting that, that, that and that and yeah. You have to smell the fragrance coming off of this plate. Take that. – Take that in right now. – Take that, you’re welcome. Oh, before I forget, it is strongly advised that you make reservations for this lovely establishment

Because they do fill up kind of fast. It’s super popular and it might be because of these two dishes. This one is probably one of their best sellers on their menu. Okay, it’s the Beef Loin Medallion. You got your nicely cooked beef, you have your pureed potatoes,

Some stream beans and a red wine reduction which is kind of schmancy. – I love that. Very classy, fancy. I have my Souvlaki Couscous Bowl. I have my artichokes, little olives, cucumbers, the couscous and the tzatziki sauce. There’s also options of having a chicken, tofu or beef as a protein option.

I chose a chicken ’cause why not? – So the meat, full of flavor, tender, at home feel, just comfort, it’s comfort. Comfort on a plate. You know what I’m thinking? – What you thinking? – I think I’m gonna tell you about this drink I have.

This is called the Mythos Potion of the Gods. I just feel like it’s made with love. You have rum, black raspberry liqueur. How can you go wrong? – Over here, I have my River Styx and look at the color of this drink. The green is just so vibrant from the honeydew syrup,

Lime juice, soda, vodka. – You know what? Cheers. – Oh, cheers. Brandy, I think it’s about that time. You see that? Dessert o’clock. – I see it. Check this out. Chocolate banana gooey cake. – Ooo! – Need I say more? – Yes! – Oh, well this cake is so moist on the inside. The chocolate is so rich. Melts in your mouth is an understatement. The bananas on the side with it gives you that perfect little health element.

So I don’t feel all the guilt. What do you have? – A Chocolate Hazelnut Creme Brulee and I must say I’m a creme brulee connoisseur. – That she is. – You know what? I think this is what I would imagine eating a delicious cloud would feel like.

– That’s deep. – It’s creamy, it’s smooth. Trust me when I say there will always be room for dessert. You’re welcome. You’re welcome. Stop it. You’re welcome. We just experienced so many different dishes. – [Nadia] Yeah. It was so many different international flavors, it had the Greek, Mediterranean, the Asian, the American and that was just a taste of the many cuisine options that you can try here at Mythos Restaurant. – Speaking of, make sure you like, subscribe

And then comment and tell us what you plan on trying at Mythos. – Yeah, chef’s kiss. – Chef’s kiss.

  1. It’s impossible to name any restaurant with better vibes than Mythos. It’s #1 for a reason! Great job as always, team! 😊

  2. My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in September. of this year. We made reservations at Mythos for our second day. Everything Miss Brandy and Miss Nadia say is true- Mythos is the best! We started with the delicious Spanikopita Dip. My husband ordered the Souvlaki Couscous Bowl with tofu (he’s vegetarian.). This dish can me made for vegans by omitting the crumbled feta and tzatziki dressing. I ordered the 12oz Bone-In Pork Chop, which was perfectly cooked and served with a blue cheese cranberry crust, dijon roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted Mediterranean spiced tri-color carrots, and a natural reduction. Portions are large, so come hungry!

  3. My favorite meal there is the Pad Thai, but I’ve had other meals, including the Lamburger, that are tasty. And the Potion Of The Gods drink is must have on every visit.

  4. This is cool, but if everything costs $20 at krusty burger in USF I can't fathom what Mythos costs but I guess I'll find out soon since I'm an USF Annual Pass holder.

Edit: just googled the menu and everything except the salads are actually really well priced. I'm sorry for doubting you Mythos.
