To make this delicious glazed salmon bites, you will need:
2 pounds salmon skin removed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 grated clove of garlic
1 tbsp cornstarch
For the sauce:
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sambal sauce or chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
* black sesame seeds for garnish
Spring onions for garnish
Serve with sliced avocado, steamed rice and sliced cucumbers.
Preparation:
Start by preheating the oven to 500 degrees F.
Prepare the quick sauce by mixing the honey, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, chili paste and sesame oil. Set aside and cube the salmon into 2 inch or 2 bite cubes. Spread in one layer on a baking tray and season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic and corn starch. Add 3 tbsp of the sauce and mix well. Bake at 500 degrees F for 5 minutes. Remove and brush with the rest of the glaze. Put back in the oven for 2 more minutes. Garnish with black sesame seeds, spring onions and serve with white jasmine rice, sliced avocados and cucumbers.

Hey guys and welcome to dty bite we all need a quick recipe every now and then and this is the perfect one salmon bites so nicely glazed and delicious ready in less than 10 minutes let me show you how to make them and let’s get started first things first you’re going

To preheat the oven to 500° F start making the sauce or the glaze 2 TB oons of honey you’re going to add 1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar 1 tbspoon of chili garlic sauce or any chili sauce 4 tablespoon of soya sauce and 2 tbspoon of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

If you don’t have sesame oil you can add any neutral oil you like mix the whole thing very very well and set aside the sauce is ready for this salmon you’re going to need 2 lbs of salmon cubed into 2 in or two bite-sized pieces skin removed

Of course I’m going to season lightly with salt black pepper and red pepper flakes I’m going to grate some fresh ginger about 2 tpoon one C of garlic 1 tblspoon of corn starch and three tablespoons of the sauce I prepared earlier I’m going to mix the whole thing together in the oven

At 500° F for only 5 minutes make sure the salmon is spread in one layer 5 minutes later I remove from the oven brush with the rest of the glaze or the sauce put back in the oven another 2 minutes meanwhile I slic some avocados and some scallion or spring

Onions I take the salmon out of the oven it smells smells heavenly it’s glazed to Perfection it’s still very soft and juicy I serve with some white steamed rice and some sliced avocados I garnish with green onions black sesame seeds I hope you give this recipe a try it’s
