Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep time: 10m | Cooking time: 45m | 146 calories & 3g fat p/serving):

– 500g Parsnips
– 50g Honey
– Salt and Pepper
– Oil (to roast)

Hey guys it’s Warren here and here’s how to make the perfect roast parsnips with honey shown to you in just 60 seconds and this recipe uses 500 grams of parsnips firstly take your parsnips cut the ends off and peel using a vegetable peeler now cut the parsnips into chunks

  1. These look so yum Warren! Gotta try them. I never really considered roasting parsnips. I never really considered doing anything with parsnips lol.   2. Did this tonight w a few changes. I did garden parsnips but also carrots. I steamed them instead of boiled. I did some oil so they wouldnt stick, but then just a smidge of vegan butter when i ate them. I could eat this EVERY single night! So glad my garden is loaded w parsnips! OMG good. TY for the simple healthy easy recipe.
