Baked Cod Filet jeanine’s kitchen
ingredients:
Cod fillets of your choice, I would have preferred Thicker pieces here
cherry tomatoes
asparagus or veggie of your choice
rice with parsley and butter. If you don’t have a rice cooker, prepare your rice as usual and add after rice is cooked some melted butter and chopped fresh parsley
Kalamata olives pitted and halved
olive oil
white wine
S&P to taste
prepare as shown in video preheat oven to 375 degrees will cook in 20 mins check at 15

Parsley when I’m ready to complete our food I’m going to put this in the microwave for maybe 30 seconds 20 seconds and I’m going to stir it into the cooked aroma rice delicious way to flavor it it could have been sundried Tomatoes it could have been tomato paste with olive

Oil and wine whatever you can make a little seasoning and do your flavored rice so that’s why I’m obsessed with this little Gadget okay so let’s let’s get our main meal into the oven and I’m going to these cook very fast or I’m going to say less than 20 minutes I

Would start checking them at 15 minutes 375 look at them at 15 minutes if they flake away that’s when Cod is done okay let’s put them in it’s been preheating a good 20 minutes put it on the bottom rack and then we’ll come back and see it
