Honestly, it is one of our best turkey leftover recipes ever. You simply have to make this turkey salad with diced celery, apples, red grapes, walnuts, and lemony dressing. This recipe is easy, fast, and keeps for days too!

Grape, Apple, & Walnut Turkey Salad
Prep time: 15 minutes
Chill time: 2 hours or overnight
Yield: approximately 2 1/2 quarts

4 cups leftover roasted turkey, pulled
1 cup celery, diced
1 ¼ cups apple, diced
½ cup red onion, diced
1 ½ cups red grapes, halved
½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 ½ teaspoons black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
To serve: 3 cups mixed leafy greens

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until fully incorporated.
Turkey salad may be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Recipe note:
If you do not have leftover roasted turkey, you can also make this recipe with leftover roasted chicken that has been shredded or shredded rotisserie chicken.
