First time making creme pat & lemon curd in the microwave. Also made the microwave sponge without a siphen and all three worked shockingly well!! Hope this is a stepup from my last post here (aka the lunchable playdoh lol)

Looks really nice! My only feedback would be perhaps getting a little more colour in there to get more contrast or vabrance, though it could just be the lighting that’s playing tricks. Otherwise really nice.
…where do you go to school?
Were you looking for work, because once you graduate add stuff like this to a portfolio.
Restrictions on how you can cook or process things is sometimes a better challenge than a mystery basket.
For example, make a beautiful omelette with a bowl and a fork using a cast iron pan and a broiler will screen out people. Probably myself included.
A little more colour. Other than that, nothing.
