☐ 1 Tbsp Salt/1 tsp olive oil to water
☐ 1 lbs. Cork Screw Cavatappi Pasta or Elbow Pasta

☐ 1 stick unsalted butter
☐ 3 minced garlic cloves
☐ 2 Tbsp corn starch
☐ 2 cups half and half
☐ 2 cups heavy cream
☐ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
☐ salt/pepper to taste
☐ 2 tsp italian seasoning
☐ 1 tsp paprika
☐ 1/4 tsp cayenne OR 1 tsp for spicy
☐ 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
☐ 1/2 cup colby jack
☐ 1/2 cup mozzarella
☐ 1/2 cup American

☐ layer middle with about 1/4 cup of each cheese
☐ layer top with about 1/4 cup of each cheese

Today I’m sharing my creamy cheesy baked mac and cheese recipe wait until you taste it while our water is boiling let’s go over our cheeses I like to use cheddar cheese Kobe Jack mozarella you can stick to these three but I’m going to go with a fourth

The deli for free just don’t use the ones that are shredded in a bag those come with a waxy film and don’t melt well to a pot of boiling water add about 1 tbspoon of salt and about a teaspoon of olive oil to help with sticking you

But trust me it really brings out all the other flavors season with salt and pepper and this is to your taste we’re also going to add 2 tspoons of Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon of paprika 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne or one whole teaspoon of cayenne if you want a spicy

Kick and give it a mix now you want to turn up your heat to about a number seven so it comes to a simmer you don’t want it boiling but only to a simmer once it simmers and slightly thickens turn your heat off we’re going to add

Our cheese you want to mix and remove from Heat eat while the cheese melts you don’t want to ruin it here’s what we’ve got so far this is looking great now it’s time to add our pasta we’re going to mix the pasta in the cheese sauce you

Guys this Mac is unbelievably cheesy and creamy now spray some oil to a baking dish we’re going to add half of our mac and cheese I’m going to add a layer of cheese on top for an ultra cheesy mac We’ll add a little of each

Cheese let’s add the rest of our mac and cheese then we’ll top with the rest of the cheese if you like it extra cheesy you can add a little more cheese I’m doing cheddar now we want to bake at 350° F or 177° c for 20 minutes after 20 minutes

Switch to broil and broil for 2 to 3 minutes for a light Golden Crust all right guys I just took it out of the oven as you can see it’s bubbling up already we’re going to let it sit for a few minutes but we’re also going to top
