The famous crispy biscotti cookies! Very simple and quick recipe!

To prepare you will need

Flour – 180 g
Sugar – 80 g
Melted butter – 50 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Candied fruits – 50 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp.

In a large bowl, mix sugar and chicken egg.

Then add melted butter to the bowl. Mix well.

Then add flour, salt and baking powder, and knead the dough.

After this, add the candied fruits and continue kneading the dough until the candied fruits are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Turn the dough out onto the surface and form into a long log, carefully placing it on the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for approximately 30-35 at 160°C or 320℉ minutes or until golden brown.

Then remove it from the oven and leave it and cut it into even pieces, 1.5 – 2 cm thick, and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes at 160°C or 320℉

Once cooled completely, enjoy crispy and flavorful Biscotti cookies with a cup of your favorite drink.

Cut the bar into even pieces 2 cm thick Arrange the cookies and put them back in the oven Bake for 10 minutes at 160°C or 320℉ Bon appetit!
