Hello and welcome to funk tified food my name is Dan vallencourt today we’re going to use some of the fire roasting stuff that we made in the last episode we’re going to take two cups of those fire-roasted Tomatoes I’ve just peeled and chopped these you can chop them as

Fine or as coarse as you like I have about a half of a medium grilled onion chopped we showed how to grill the onion in the last episode 1 medium fire roasted bell pepper and that’s chopped it’s it’s about a half a cup or so 2 to

4 cloves of roasted garlic I like to mince that and kind of make it into a I like to kind of make it into a paste about a quarter cup of fresh basil I like it real finely chopped just kind of infuses the flavor a little bit better

Two tablespoons of olive oil and then just a sea salt some freshly ground pepper and that just kind of brings out all the flavors just a little bit more yeah the cool thing about this must get the mix you can just put this right on a piece of grilled bread or toasted bread
