Ingredients:
chicken breast
dry orzo pasta
orange bell pepper
lemon
plum tomatoes
cherry tomatoes
pitted greek olives
garlic
feta cheese
tzatziki
oregano
basil leaves
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
water
black pepper
salt
paprika

In a small bowl add plum tomatoes and cherry tomatoes basil leaves and olive oil mix and set aside in a pan on medium heat add olive oil chicken breasts fresh oregano paprika black pepper salt and cook for up to five minutes then add balsamic vinegar garlic and cook one additional minute then remove

The chicken from the pan with the oil still in the pan add the pepper cook for two to three minutes and add water and the dry orzo pasta cook the orzo until almost all the water is absorbed they should be about 10 minutes stir the chicken back in add pitted

Greek olives and continue cooking for three additional minutes remove from heat and add the tomato mix to the pan toss everything together garnish with feta cheese and Tzatziki and enjoy your Greek chicken and orzo meal
