♥ FALAFEL SALAD INGREDIENTS
* kale
* romaine lettuce
* white onion
* cucumber
* greek yogurt with dill
* hummus
* kalamata olives
* crumbled pita chips
* falafel (I like Trader Joe’s kind)
* salt
* pepper

♥ SALMON BOWLS WITH GINGER SAUCE
* 1.5 lbs salmon
* sesame seeds
Sauce
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1/4 c soy sauce
* 1 tsp grated ginger
* 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
* Combine ingredients to make sauce. Add to baking dish with salmon on top.
* Bake salmon for 30 minutes.
* Add steamed broccoli and brown rice to bowls. Top with extra sauce and salmon.
* Garnish as desired I like sesame seeds!

To being able to do that so I wanted to show you guys how I meal plan for the week we always do a grocery run on the weekends either on Saturday or on Sunday after church but it just really depends on what our schedule is like what I’ll

For the week and then I write down my grocery list using this meal planning notepad that I hang on my refrigerator it has a nice big magnet on the back and on the left side is my daily meal plan while on the right side we can have the

Actual grocery list you can tear off the grocery list side and take it to the grocery store with you this past weekend we did our shopping at Aldi which is a grocery store that I really love it’s actually owned by the same h holding company that

Owns Trader Joe’s believe it or not for this week’s groceries I picked up some bread tortillas for shrimp tacos ginger salow dressing some organic Roma lettuce different kinds of cheeses broccoli I also got some milk a big piece of salmon avocados tuna and a couple of baby food items like crackers

And applesauce for my girls also I wanted to show you guys my own little grocery card on wheels that I take to Aldi which is just so convenient for smaller grocery trips The Handlebar can be collapsed and it has a handle that you can hold in case you don’t want

To wheel the cart around as well I think a big reason Aldi is so popular is because you can’t really beat the prices all of my groceries this week came to $104 with Tax for breakfast I get myself a cup of decaf coffee using our curig coffee maker I like to add almond milk to mine just for some extra flavor and whenever I find something that I like for breakfast I become such a creature of habit and really stick to it every

Single day until I get sick of it but lately I have been having some scrambled eggs with mashed avocado on sourdough toast I add a little salt and pepper to my eggs as well for a bit of flavor and then I love putting some hot sauce on

Dark out but this way I have so much time alone for myself and I’m able to just like get ready at my own pace without disruption so I’ve been getting up earlier and even if I’m working from home or not even leaving the house I still like to get dressed it just makes

Me feel more motivated and more put together and I find that I’m able to even like focus and concentrate better because I don’t feel like I’m a mess if that makes sense okay guys it is lunchtime and I’m hungry and ready to eat today I’m going to make myself a Falafel salad this

Recipe I actually copied from a local salad place called Cho and fresh I also think that sweet green has a variation of a Falafel salad on their menu as well anyways I mix some kale and roma lettuce together and then I pop my Falafel into the oven for about 20 minutes then I

Will add some white onion some chopped cucumber camada olives about 2 tbspoon of hummus Greek yogurt with dill in it and and about a tablespoon of pesto feta cheese crumbled P chips for just a little bit of added Crunch and a little salt and pepper by the time I finish

Doing all of that my Falafel is done so I get that out of the oven and mix that into my salad it’s just such a nice vegetarian meal the Falafel is also a great source of protein and fiber so so delicious all right it is a little later in the

Day and we are having salmon bowls with a ginger glaze sauce tonight I will include the recipe Down Below in case you guys are interested I add the sauce to the dish with my salmon skin side up that goes into the oven at 325° for about 30 minutes and after that

I build the bowls with some brown rice some broccoli I’ll go ahead and add the sauce and top with a piece of salmon as well as some sesame seeds for a little bit of added crunch now here comes the fun part I can make up to seven more meals from this
