Hi doc , I am 37 yrs , I got DVT on my left leg one year before and taking blood thinner tablet , i have knee pain ,both legs are swelling and more pain ,dryness on legs and foot… I don’t know how to handle all these pain and I am always living in pain, can’t think of anything else it makes me sick…please suggest how to get out all of these pain

When standing at my sinks for brushing teeth and wiping my face with a wash cloth, and washing dishes, I exercise my legs by rocking up and down, back & forth on my feet, an exercise that my physical therapist also taught me to do for my right knee pain.
