Guacamole Avocado Salad Recipe | Fresh and Healthy Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 small red onion
12 cherry tomatoes
Parsley
1 lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil (36grams) (0.0794lb)
1 teaspoon salt (3Gram) (0.0066lb)

Welcome to Elif’s kitchen. Today we bring you guacamole, avocado. I would like to share the recipe for 2 pieces for our salad. I used ripe avocado As you can see in the video, let’s cut the avocados in half and remove the core and cut them with a spoon.

Let’s separate it from its shell Or you can use last name if you want Then let’s cut it into cubes Let’s put the chopped avocado into the mixing bowl. I quarter piece I used red onion because the onion was big so I used a quarter of it.

You can use 1 small red onion Then let’s chop it into medium sized pieces as you see in the video. I used about 12 cherry tomatoes. You can use 1 medium sized tomato instead. Let’s cut our tomatoes into small cubes. Since the raw tomatoes were small, I cut them into quarters.

Let’s also chop a few sprigs of parsley. Let’s put all the chopped ingredients into the mixing bowl. The original recipe uses fresh coriander I preferred to use parsley instead of coriander. You can also use fresh coriander if you wish. 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
