Minced meat risotto is famous in Czech kitchen also known as “serbian risotto”. It is basically risotto with vegetables such as pea, carrots and peppers and ground pork meat. It is typical served with ground cheese on the top and pickled cucumbers on side. Try this delicious risotto and you won’t be disappointed. Recipe is very easy and quick and from one pot!

INGREDIENTS FOR RISOTTO WITH MINCED MEAT
2 tablespoons of oil
2 onions
500 g minced meat (pork or mix beef/pork)
2 carrots
1 tbsp of sweet paprika
140 g of tomato puree
water for basting
300 g of rice
100 g of frozen peas
120 g pickled red peppers
salt pepper
grated cheese

RISOTTO WITH MINCED MEAT. DICE 2 ONIONS. PEEL AND CUT 2 CARROTS. 3 TABLESPOONS OF OIL. ONION. CARROT. COOK FOR 10 MINUTES. MINCED MEAT. 1 TBSP OF SWEET PAPRIKA. 140 G OF TOMATO PUREE. ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND POUR WITH BROTH OR WATER. ADD 300 G RICE. STEAM FOR 25 MINUTES. SALT.

100 G PEA. 120 G OF PICKLED PEPPERS. SERVE RISOTTO TOPPED WITH GRATED CHEESE. DON’T FORGET PICKLED CUCUMBERS.
