Fridge and freezer clean out tonight, on rare Saturday night home. Found a tenderloin heel that had been vac-sealed at Christmas. Two large cremini, one old russet potato, and a 5 day old bunch of broccoli rabe provided two of these plates for the wife and I. Pretty happy with it considering I stopped for 15 min to put the baby to sleep just before plating.

Looks awesome. I love “found” meals.
The mushroom at the top could have filled the gap of the one at 2 o clock and made the entire plating more round.
Then greens look amazing in contrast to the other colors.
