Chocolate Banana Bread | Super Moist & So Easy To Make!

This Double Chocolate Banana Bread is the ultimate treat for chocolate lovers, combining the sweetness of bananas with the richness of chocolate! It’s super moist and chocolatey, SO GOOD!

What you’ll need:
450g bananas
110g brown sugar
60g coconut oil
60g melted butter
2 large eggs
1tsp vanilla paste/extract
150g greek yogurt
50g cocoa powder
130g all purpose flour
4.5g baking soda
1g baking powder
2.5g salt

Bake at (conventional mode) 200c for 5min then 160c for 70-75min.
Or you can bake it at 180c for 60-65min (or until an inserted skewer comes out clean)

Double chocolate banana bread, ultra moist, rich and delicious! 450g ripe banana Peel and put the bananas into a large mixing bowl Mash the bananas Crack in 2 large eggs into the mashed bananas Mix the eggs and mashed bananas until well incorporated 150g greek yogurt

Add the greek yogurt and mix well 1tsp vanilla extract/paste Add the vanilla paste and mix well 60g melted butter 110g brown sugar 60g coconut oil 130g all purpose flour 50g Cocoa powder, 2.5g salt

Sift in all the dry ingredients, Oh no I forgot to add the baking soda and baking powder with the flour 4.5g baking soda, 1g baking powder So I add them half way Gently mix the mixture together 150g Chocolate chips Fold in the chocolate chips Pour the batter into a loaf pan

50g chocolate chips Scatter more chocolate chips on top We want it ultra chocolatey 😋 Dip a scraper/knife into oil and gently press into the top of the batter Creating a nice slash/cut Bake at preheated oven: 200c for 5min then 160c for 70min-75min Or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean And it’s done!

My cutting skills…😪 As I bake it at higher temperature during the first 5min, so the top is kinda crispy, which I LOVE! The center is utterly moist 🙂 Loaded with bananas and chocolate goodness! OHH-HH SOOO GOOD! 🤤 If you enjoyed watching this video, please give me a Like 👍😉
