We’re happy to welcome back Casey Finau from Panera doing an Everything Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich

Welcome to the cooking Corner we’re happy to welcome back Casey feno from Panera doing an everything roast beef and cheddar sandwich welcome in Casey good to have you here thanks for having me St Patty’s Day is what two weeks away now yes we’re doing kind of a St

Patrick’s Day classic but we’re putting our Panera spin on it love it and we are doing that by using our country rustic bread now this was brought from my home Cafe and this is going to be thick cut but if you um are watching your carbs or

Maybe serving this with carb you could have it thin cut which would put that about a half an inch and we are going to be using some horseradish sauce so these come in multiple heat levels so we actually have two if you noticed on these they will tell you that they are

Hot or not so this one is hot and chunky which means there is more horseradish present this is going to be a friendlier version so we’re going to go with the mild version and we’re just going to go kind of our heart’s desire on that so on

One side we are going to sprad spread our horseradish sauce just going to spread that evenly love horseradish it’ll clear out your sinuses like you said earlier and it really goes really really well with any kind of um beef or Pastrami and now we’ve got some peao

Peppers now these you can also find in the deli aisle I love peao peppers on everything so I’m going to go just a little bit heavier on mine you like spicy stuff oh love spicy anything and then I’ve got some Vermont white cheddar you do want to go with a sharp cheddar

Cuz it just kind of helps balance that roast beef and then we are going to put some arugula again love love my arugula and this is actually in season right now so there’s a lot of places locally that you can buy this from where it was grown

Here in Oklahoma I’ve been buying that every week I love arugula so much flavor grow it it’s so good for you way better than lettuce and SP very fresh oh yes all right and then kind of the star of the show for St Patrick’s Day so with

This recipe you can actually do a thin cut beef you could do pastrami you could do a corn beef corn beef would be awesome with this recipe and it calls for 3 oz but who are we fooling 3 oz all right and that’s it so this sandwich can be

Served hot or cold we’re doing it cold today for the sake of time I also prefer any of my thin sliced beef to be served rare yeah that’s just kind of my personal that’s my thing all right and that’s it so this is our Panera roast beef sandwich sandwich oh yeah here with

Some chips you’re good to go some Panera Bread chips of course right on well Casey thank you so much for being here you can check out more recipes just like this one all you have to do is go to our website at newson6.com recipes
