    May as well include the dirt and roots along with the rest of the mint plant.

    #2, I see the fruit slices paired with mozzarella. #1 I barely see the mozzarella.

    Should pluck the mint, would look good on a black plate. Not a fan of the clear bowl

    Honestly neither. You need more consistent cuts, and to pick your mint.

    Also are people meant to eat those thick ass raw red onions? If you dust something maybe dust the component while it’s on a sheet pan before it goes on the plate. If not, have a sauce underneath to catch the dust so it doesn’t look so messy

    No. Also the flash/lighting makes the food look disturbing.
