This is Mark thanks for watching hi this is Mark this is English conversation practice let’s start let’s make honey mustard salmon with roasted asparagus looks good okay let’s continue the ingredients lemon butter olive oil soy sauce asparagus salmon pepper brown sugar Parmesan cheese honey mustard with seeds okay

First we will roast the asparagus wash and break the hard ends off the asparagus they should look like this preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius take out a square glass pan place the asparagus in the glass pan pour some olive oil on the asparagus take out the parmesan cheese

Splash a good amount of Parmesan cheese on the asparagus and olive oil add some salt and pepper to use your hands to mix all the ingredients together place the asparagus in a 200 degree celsius oven for about 12 minutes cut a lemon and squeeze it over the hot asparagus

The asparagus is roasted it’s done they look delicious don’t they okay great okay put the asparagus to the side for later use now it’s time to make the honey mustard glaze put one tablespoon of butter in a bowl put one tablespoon of brown sugar in the bowl with the butter

Microwave the butter and the sugar for 30 seconds now the butter and the sugar are melted together it should look like this put two tablespoons of mustard in the melted butter and sugar put one tablespoon of honey in the same Bowl now put one tablespoon of soy sauce in the bowl

Mix all the ingredients together the butter the sugar the mustard the honey and the soy sauce the glaze is finished put it to the side for later use now it’s time to sear the salmon wash and dry the salmon sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon two pans here

Put a half tablespoon of olive oil in the pan use high heat super hot place salmon in the very hot skillet sear for about five minutes flip over and sear for a short time until the salmon is browned place the salmon in a glass pan with some of the honey mustard glaze and

Finish cooking in the oven at 210 degrees Celsius for about seven minutes take the salmon out of the oven and pour the rest of the honey mustard glaze on top of the salmon place the asparagus next to the salmon and eat looks tasty mmm okay great job
