the tantalizing flavors of italian cuisine with our mouthwatering stuffed calamari recipe. In this video, we’ll guide you through
the process of creating a delectable dish that combines tender calamari with a flavorful filling of couscous, parsley, capers,
and tomato paste.

Ingridents :
1).Calamari tubes, cleaned
2).Calamary choppeds (off cuts Head,tentacles)
2).White wine
3).Water
4).Onion
4).Garlic
5).Tomato paste
6).Oil
7).Parsley
8).Capers

How to make :
1).Chopped the off cuts of the calamari (Head,tentacles)
2).Chooped the 1/2 Onion
3).Chopped the parsley
4).Chopped the garlic
5).Add oil to the pan
6).Add chopped garlic,1/2 Onion,salt and pepper to taste and mix it well
7).Add chopped calamari into the pan
8).Add Capers and chopped parsley
9).Add white wine
10).Add Water
11)Add the couscous
12).Cook the couscous and fluff it with a fork and let it cool slightly.
13).Carefully stuff each calamari tube with the couscous filling, leaving a little space at the top to prevent it
from bursting during cooking. Secure the openings with toothpicks.
14).Add tomato paste into a tray and distribute well over the tray
15).Add olives and Parsley
16).Place calamary tubes in the tray
17).Bake the calamari stuff tubes in the oven and bake 190c for 20 minetus
18).Remove the toothpicks before serving.
