Perfect No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe


Hey guys welcome to Heavenly homesteads if you’re new to the channel I am Stephanie today we are going to make a no bake cheesecake oh my goodness this sounds amazing and our temperatures how’s your guys’ temperatures we are hitting 22 we’re on fire today you guys it is so

Warm here no just kidding it is 22 but it’s it’s it feels pretty nice compared to what it’s F but let’s get started okay so we’re going to do a homemade graham cracker crust and I am going to add in two and 1/4 cups of grand cracker crust

Now these are Grand crackers that I have in my pantry that I just ground up I’m not so sure how much this makes I got to get the sour cream out of the refrigerator as well I forgot to get that out but it might be too much for

This dish but we will see I got 10 tablespoons of butter I’m going to add right in here and I’m going to add in probably about four tablespoons of sugar I like my pie crust a little bit sweeter I do have a recipe you guys I’m not going to follow it

100% And I think this might be okay if I have any of the mixture left over I can use it as a dip we all love cream cheese at least our family does [Applause] Let’s kind of Pat this down here now if you guys want to use a pie plate for this you can I just wanted to use this type of dish today [Applause] all right now sometimes people will bake this and sometimes people will just chill it in the refrigerator I’m just going to chill it today now if you guys wanted to do like a an Oreo crust with this in the butter you wouldn’t have to add any sugar but

That would be really good Too grab my sour cream while I was in there I need my heavy whipping cream that’s in there as well all right so in this bowl we are going to mix together we are going to mix 24 oz of cream cheese this is room temperature Guys Then we have to add in some sugar I’m going to add in a half of a cup of sugar we’re going to cream this [Applause] together so now we’re going to add in and 1/4 cup of sour cream okay watch out boys no cheesecake for you guys all right let’s turn this back On I need 3 tablespoons of lemon juice says fresh I don’t have fresh I’m just going to use bottled we’ll see what it tastes like let’s give this a mix all right so now in a separate Bowl we need to put in one and a one and

A4 one yeah one 1 and 1/4 cups of heavy whipping Cream I ran out so I had to make my own I reconstituted some powder into with some water and made my own so I need 3/4 cups of powdered sugar all I’m just going to use just my same beers because it’s just going to be mixed together anyway you

While it’s still not as thick as I think it should be I’m a little nervous but we’ll wait and see guys it’s starting to thicken up some can you guys see that okay I’m I mean it’s still a little bit thinner than what I feel like it should be but

Creamy not lumpy this is one of my husband’s favorite desserts is cheesecake and I always buy the box kind there’s nothing wrong with it but I thought come on we can do a homemade from scratch without baking oh that’s nice and thick now let’s get our pie Crust look at that mixture yum now we’re going to put this in the fridge I’ll probably let it cool for about an hour see how it is and then we’re going to top it with something yummy but I got Can I taste it you guys I’m not putting the spoon back in
