Ingredients :

400 g Tagliatelle
200 g asparagus tips
1 drizzle of olive oil
100 g Parmesan

Step 1: Cook the pasta in a large volume of boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package.

Wash and immerse the asparagus tips in boiling salted water for 7 to 8 minutes.

Step 2: Drain them and cut them into sections.

Drain the pasta and mix it with the asparagus.

Step 3: Salt, pepper and pour in the olive oil.

Serve immediately with slices of parmesan.
