Spinach and Creamy Cheese Borek Recipe| Cooking in Nature

Ingredients:
1 package phyllo dough (500g) 14 sheets
1 tsp parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated pizza cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
butter as required
500 gr Fresh spinach
2 tbsp creamy cheese
1 onion
1/2 cup chopped walnut
1 cup blanched mushroom
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1-2 tbsp sesame
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
-cook spinach
-chop onion
– chop cooked spinach
-pour olive oil in the skillet
-Add sliced onion
-Add (black pepper- salt)
-Add blanched mushroom
-Add lemon juice
– Add chopped walnut
-Add creamy cheese and mix it
– Preheat oven to 180C (355F)
-Mix yolk and 1tbsp milk
Place 1 sheet of phyllo on a clean working surface and divide it (while you are working with one sheet cover the others with damp kitchen towel).
– Brush with yolk on the dough,
– put a line of the spinach filling and pizza cheese and parmesan.
– Roll the dough like video
-Brush with yolk On the rolls
-sprinkle sesame
– place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
– Bake in 180C for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
