Before I actually go to the uh the salon and that was good for deep conditioning and it was really great on Cam’s hair um next thing up the Lancome hydren antistress moisturizing cream gel I actually if it if it pops up in the sale I’m going to

Buy another one um this one is done but I have one backup so I’m actually going to go ahead and pull the backup out maybe in the next week or two cuz I have been trying the suken um glow night moisturizer um for the last maybe like

Two weeks and it hasn’t been too bad at night but I’m about halfway through my philosophy hope in a jar so I’ll pull that out once I’m through more of my night moisturizers um because that’s when I tend to use it the most is at night as far as that long

Comb moisturizer another thing that I ran out of and so I am looking for like a new basic toner I use my longcome tonique comfort just in general you guys know I love this but and I have a backup of this already so I don’t need to repurchase it when I’m finished with

Tightening toner I like this I did not love this I still like my long comb toner better this was similar in texture but I really didn’t notice the poe refining aspect um of that toner so I don’t think I would necessarily repurchase that this is something that

Clarance uses all the time and he just finished up another one it’s the shea moisture 100% vegan or I’m sorry 100% virgin coconut oil daily hydration face lotion with coconut milk in AA cagal softens and restores the skin he has been using this for several years and

The reason that he has been using this for several years is because I used to be a shea moisture Ambassador and I got it in like a PR package and then he just became addicted and so so he has purchased countless of those he likes to

Get it from Target but that is like his moisturizer of choice I also finished up a kill’s mask this was a brightening mask the turmeric cranberry seed energizing Radiance mask finish this up this was actually very very nice um this was good for like Sunday nights glass of red wine

We just finished dinner and I’m watching Housewives or something I used to like putting that mask on that’s when I do my mask I do my mask on nights where I’m going to be like luxuriating so you guys know on Wednesday nights I love to watch sisters

Sample of this if I’m not mistaken but it was nice I enjoyed it nothing I would write home about it didn’t speak volumes to me neither neither did this but I tried it out as well it’s the Lan water sleeping mask so that was good but it wasn’t

Great like I found that I actually enjoy My Philosophy Hy hyaluronic glow moisturizer this is a water cream I enjoy this better than I did the Lan um I use this quite a bit in the daytime or um during nights where I don’t want to do too much but I want hydration to

My skin this is a great moisturizer so on the moisturizer level I may pick up a moisturizer but I really don’t feel like I need too terribly many because I do have some that I’m trying to use up like The Hope in a jar and I’m a little less

Than halfway through my uh Clinique dramatically different moisturizer and this one is one of my favorites for uh Colder Weather um another thing that I’ve been using I’m trying to use this up this is almost gone who this what it’s looking like in the inside so this will be done pretty soon here

To so I may grab like one more moisturizer I’ve been on the radar for the uh belief Aqua balm a lot of people say that’s pretty good something else that I used up from the origins line is their refreshing eye cream um to brighten and depuff so I do need I’m on

The mark in the market for like a daytime eye cream cuz I have finished this up this was good it wasn’t great it gives you a brightening effect but I don’t feel like it has too many like benefits it deep puffed a little bit but nothing that was terribly

Noticeable um I have used that in the past before I feel like before they reformulated it it was a little bit better um something else that got used up that was a sample the glow recipe watermelon glow niacinamide do drops this was a serum this was something that I it was all right

Like it was okay something else that is serum wise that I’m going through that I’m almost done with I’ve purchased this multiple times this is the uh clearly corrective dark spot solution serum from Kels uh I am a little bit more than halfway through this so um during these

Upcoming sales I will be looking for like more daytime serums um something else that I used up that I’m hoping goes on sale in this Ulta sale is the Buxom fullon Plumping lip cream this is the shade Moscow mule y’all know these are my favorite I like these I like the Dior

Um but these are some of my favorite these are some that I I literally back up and we’ll have like two or three of them on standby I really like these these give like a Plumping effect they um give a lot of color I don’t like the lip gloss version I

Prefer the lip creams my favorite shades are hot totty and Moscow Mule they have a purple one I think it’s called C Royale it’s really pretty I’ve tried that one before too so Buxom glosses finished I finished up a beauty Guru hair serum um I just put this to my

Scalp I’m a straight natural hair girl and for me whoa the lip gloss for me um I don’t go in and like grease my scalp like my mama used to do back in the day but I find that oiling my scalp maybe like the week after maybe like a week

And and a half after I’ve gotten it done works best because that’s when it tends to dry out for me so where some people like um their hair creates an abundance of oil mine does the actual opposite like it will get so so dry so what I

Like to do is halfway through um I say like a week and a half cuz I go get it done every two weeks that’s when I start applying some oil in my actual scalp because it just I don’t know it doesn’t produce its own like sometimes it like wrap it wrap it

Wrap it it’ll start doing it it does it a little bit but not enough to get down to you know like the ends of the hair and everything and keep it from getting split ends and stuff so and keep my scalp moisturized so I like a little uh

Scalp serum or hair serum or really just oil cuz before they started coming out with all this stuff they have now I just use straight up castor oil Jamaican black castor oil which you guys have seen me feature before cuz I really like the um the sunny ales oil as you can see

It’s here in the bathroom as well um but I’ve also been using this recently this was in my backup drawer the necessary and it’s okay um it ain’t great I really like I have a Moroccan argon oil one that I like better um I’ll

Try to link it for you cuz I don’t know where it is it’s not in here and I don’t know why um but yeah so I used up one of these I’ve used up several of them but that’s the one I actually kept cuz I honestly be straight throwing them away

Cuz they’re so tiny um I finished up this Dior lip glow oil I don’t like these and y’all know I’m a Dior girl I’m not a fan of these at all they are very very leaky so yeah not a fan I also I won’t be repurchasing this

At all I’ve actually become a fan of the uh amole lip oils so I’ll be repurchasing these here soon either in the Sephora sale or just like now I have one in my purse the smitten color I believe so I’m going to go through that

But yeah this is I probably have two or three more uses out of this before it’s done as well um I finished up this this is the Dior lip glow I’ve gone through so many of these the hyaluronic lip glow maximizer gloss and I also finished up

A uh what is this the well it’s had a nub at this point but it’s the Dior lip glow maximizer balm so that’s dead as well so let me put all this stuff in the trash oh this was in the bottom of the bag too and this is a Mario badescu mint

It um I just mix everything in one big bowl um as far as protein I have been loving using the Bumblebee uh flavored pouch tuna this one has 17 g of protein in it um but I like the lemon pepper one I like the Mediterranean one and I like

The sundried Tomato one um when I looked in the cabinet lemon pepper is what I have so that’s what we’re going with but I love to use this tuna Cam said hey y’all um and then my favorite like salad blend is this one so it’s the Taylor Farms Mediterranean crunch chopped kit

Okay it has broccoli stocks cauliflower fatted cheese crispy flatbread crisp riko carrots red cabbage and it comes with a basil balsamic vinegarette y’all this is the best salad ever if you are watching your carbs watching your calories just want something that’s filling but doesn’t you know hit you

Where it hurts and you don’t feel guilty afterwards these salads are lit so I always get one kit and it lasts Me 2 days so throughout the week I will have this salad twice two to three times and one bag is two salads so I did have it

Yesterday for lunch as well um but this is what the kit looks like and then this is the remaining half of the salad so inside you do get like the dressing I never Ed the whole thing off rib um same thing with the other condiments so you get like the flatbread

Crisps I just only use half of them and then the feta cheese I only use half of it as well um sometimes I’ll buy my own feta because I eat this salad so much it’s really good with the sundried tomato basil uh feta cheese but the rest of the bag I just dump

It in the bowl okay and that’s what it looks like then I just go in the flat bread crisp I like mine like crunched up quite a bit and I just kind of like Rec crunch them and then shake them in I’m then going to drizzle the rest of this dress

It’s uh got a little oil in it so I like to kind of like mix it up a little bit but go ahead and drizzle that in shake the rest of the feta in and then I like to go in with the lemon pepper Salon or tuna so I like to

Do is take like a spatula silicone spatula type situation y’all know I get these from the Dollar Tree and I like these because they’re like handheld you know they’re not super big and I just kind of like crumble it all up and then just shake it over the

Salad if you’re like me and you’re like a a Cho salad girl you’re not like a I’m not like a big leafy salad person so I prefer a chop salad um this is so so good y’all I’m not tell y’all best the best is too good and I just did this on

Accident one day and have been addicted since before I um mix the salad up let me show y’all a dressing that I actually like to use with it if I don’t use the one that comes with it this is pretty good too I don’t use this every single

Time but it’s really good it’s the deluxe the craft Deluxe robust garli and Parmesan listen you watching your calories portion this out properly okay don’t use like the whole what is it two tablespoons I’ll only use one tablespoon um and then I’ll mix it up or I’ll do a

Portion of this and then one tablespoon of this um as far as dressing but this one is really really good it’s more on the vinegarette side so it just really mixes with the salad well um and then after that I just go in and I toss everything

Together so good and if you get the opportunity please try it when I tell yall I keep these in the fridge anytime I’m like oh know what I have for lunch I don’t this never fails I never get tired of it it is so good so now that it is all mixed

Together I just like to take these like clear bowls I I get this from the Dollar Tree girl um and drop it in the bowl I’m going throw a fork on it and I’m going to enjoy and when I tell y’all filling so filling um if you are worried about the calories

Um here’s your calories so three cups or I’m sorry one cup is a serving and you get about three servings um per bag so when I do it I’m using about one and a half cuz I split it in the you know split it down the middle so collectively like the um salad

Mix and everything you got like 230 calories as far as that and then there’s 80 calories in this pouch so this is like high protein good on the calories low in fat I’m telling y’all now just try it and let me know how you feel okay okay I’m

About to enjoy my salad I’m also going to be having it with this uh peach pear lacroy this is one of my favorites as well and chill out while I wait for clearers to get here with the groceries put the groceries up kind of get set up
