It’s the 2024 Red Carpet Menu for Oscar®!

Each year I take the Academy Award’s Best Picture Nominations and give them each an honorary dish to create an award-worthy meal! Recipe below!

This year’s theme is French-ish Dishes. Here’s our salad!

For Past Lives, it’s Past Leaves
Artichoke Heart Salad with Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
Salad:
• 2 – 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, thinly sliced
• 3 large endive, thinly sliced
• 2 cups microgreens
• 10 radish, thinly sliced
• 20 stems thin asparagus, trimmed and cut into thirds
• 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Dressing:
• 2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 clove large garlic, chopped
• 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
1) In a large bowl, add artichoke hearts, endive, microgreens, radish, and asparagus. Set aside.
2) Blend dressing ingredients in a blender for about 15 seconds, or until creamy. Set aside.
3) Add salad dressing to salad and top with pine nuts. Toss and serve.

Are so good pine nuts pinoli nuts same thing you’ve got to make the salad whether it’s the past present or future this salad is going to make you happy it is Amazing kitchenette a little kitchen with a lot of flavor
