Grocery:
– 2 cucumbers, 3 Roma tomatoes, 1 can of chickpeas, 1 cup of couscous, 1/4 red onion, basil, cilantro, feta, salmon
– plain yogurt, dill weed, lemon juice, black pepper, salt

Each bowl: 2 Tbs yogurt, 1/3 cup shredded cucumber, 1 tsp dill, 1 Tbs lemon juice, black pepper & salt to taste, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/3 cup tomatoes, 1/3 cup chickpeas, 1/2 cup couscous, 1/3 cup salmon, 1 Tbs red onion, basil & cilantro, 1 Tbs feta
