Today I’m going to share a recipe for the most tender calamari in just 10 minutes!!!

We need:
– 700g squid
– 150g breadcrumbs (you can mix 130 grams of breadcrumbs and 20 grams of starch)
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp sugar
– 0.5 tsp. pepper
– 0.5 tsp. paprika
– 0.5 tsp. garlic
– 0.5 tsp dried dill
– 0.5 tsp of favourite seasoning
– half a lemon
– olive oil

and wooden skewers

Preparation:
1. First soak the skewers in water ( 30 minutes)
2. Peel, if necessary, squid from the films
3. Mix breadcrumbs with spices
4. Sprinkle squid with lemon juice and mix well
5. Pour the calamari into the breadcrumbs, cover with a lid and mix well
6. Thread the calamari onto the skewers and place on the baking tray
7. Drizzle with olive oil
8. Put in the oven (200 degrees) for 9-10 minutes, no more, then the calamari will be perfectly cooked.
