Ingredients :

20 Zucchini flowers
1 onion
80 g Rice
4 slices Ham
2 drizzles of olive oil
40 cl Poultry broth
1 tbsp. chopped thyme

Step 1: Wash the flowers in cold water then dry them.

Remove the pistil. Cut the ham into cubes.

Step 2: Peel and chop the onion.

In a frying pan, melt it in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Add the rice and thyme then mix.

Pour in half the chicken stock then add salt and pepper.

Step 4: Cook covered for 15 minutes (until the rice has absorbed the broth) then leave to cool.

Mix the rice with the ham.

Step 5: Stuff the flowers with the rice mixture then gently brown them in a pan with olive oil.

Enjoy hot.
