All right who wants some smoked chicken salad all right we’re going to start off with a whole chicken we’re gonna cut the backbone out also known as spatch cockhead we’re gonna flatten this bird out now we’re gonna season it up with some Goldies all-purpose rub as well as

Killer Hogs hot barbecue rub now we’re going to season up this bird literally all over and we’re gonna get it onto our cooker today we’re using our direct heat cooker in the meantime let’s make our dressing now we’re going to start off with some mayonnaise follow with some

Celery some red onion some parsley a little bit of chopped Peppers we got some relish some Dijon mustard going in some Old Bay Seasoning as well as a little chicken bouillon some lemon zest mix that all together we’re gonna bring our bird in and chop it up get all this

Meat folded into the dressing and you’ve got smoked chicken salad
