🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

2 teaspoon avocado oil
2 lobster tails
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk ( I used my homemade hemp milk)
1 tbsp ocean essence spice by kendo spice (link in bio)
1 tsp where’s your sister sauce (Worcestershire)
1 ounce grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 ounces grated Gruyere cheese
1 overflowing cup
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Kitchen besties to taste

For the breadcrumbs:
3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

💎Note: you want your mixture to be more saucy than your used to, that way it doesn’t dry out in the oven. If it tightens up in the pan, don’t be a rookie and forget your pasta water as your secret weapon..especially that it’s some lobster flavor in there!
