– Cherry tomatoes
– raw smoked bacon
– goat cheese
– Rye bread
– hot red and green peppers
– green olives
– herbs, e.g. oregano, parsley, dill
Cut the top off each tomato and hollow out the center. Fry the bacon until brown, cut it in half.
Cut the peppers into thin slices diagonally. Cut the olives into slices.
Cut the bread into slices, then cut out circles. Make small piles of goat cheese around the bread, place a tomato in the middle, add rolled fried bacon, an oregano leaf, a slice of red and yellow pepper, and squeeze small piles of goat cheese around the tomato. Decorate the base of the tomato with dill, a slice of olive, a parsley leaf and a green pepper.

Proceed as above until the tomato is placed on the bread. Press a rosette of pesto made of basil and dried tomatoes into the center of the tomato.
Decorate the top of the pesto with a small sprig of parsley, and at the base of the tomato place: a slice of green, red, yellow pepper, a parsley leaf, and a sprig of oregano.

Proceed as above in the first recipe until you place the tomato on the bread. Put 2-3 sprigs of oregano and small salami inside the tomato.
Decorate the tomato base with slices of red, green and yellow peppers, a slice of green olive and a parsley leaf.
