  4. A good mixture of content would be perfect for me.

    BTW: I use pesto sometimes too. It gives a great but strong flavor to the pizza.

  5. Personally, I would very much prefer having you talk through your videos. I’m simply not a fan of the ASRM productions.

  9. ASMR content is a nice change of pace. Please include more. If you include the "ASMR" in the title you will get more people to watch because that is what they like.

  10. Dang! You have really picked it up in your presentations in general! Fantastic videos as of late. As for #ASMR – not into fetishes.

    My handmade doughs are so good now that I only order pizza if it's from a wood-burning oven. I would probably get a smaller designated pizza gas oven (perhaps with a wood pellet insert or something – if they exist) for the summer if I could find more uses for it than just pizza and quick bread.

  11. Vito! Such an artisan. I'm surprised you use such fresh (wet) mozzarella di bufala. My Neapolitan friends always said it should be let to dry a day or two for pizza. Regardless, you're creations look amazing.
