Do you have an abundance of cucumbers from your garden well we do we have a ton and we have even more but today i’m going to use these ones in a quick and simple recipe super healthy and refreshing let me show you um what we’re going to do i’m using

Just a little mandolin to cut these cucumbers pretty thin they’re about oh cucumber about this thin but you can definitely do thinner if you’d like um you can also use a knife if you don’t have a mandolin slicer like this next you will thinly slice about a

Quarter cup of sweet onion or red onion but if you’re using red onion the color will begin to fade because of the vinegar for the tangy sauce we’re going to use one cup of water three quarters of a cup of apple cider vinegar two tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of dried dill

You can also use fresh dill but you’re gonna use about two teaspoons this was enough liquid for all the cucumbers i cut up so let these chill in your fridge for a day or two and they’ll start absorbing all of the delicious flavor um but even just now like
