Pigs in Blankets are always a firm favorite in my household at Christmas.
Try taking them to the next level with this delicious Honey Mustard Glaze and Dip! Enjoy!

Here’s the recipe

Pigs in Blankets With Honey Mustard Dip

12 x Pork Chipolata Sausages
12 x Smoky Streaky Bacon Rashers

For the Glaze/Dip

90ml x Runny Honey
1 tsp x Wholegrain Mustard
1/2 tsp x Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp x Garlic Powder

1. Wrap each sausage with 1 rasher of bacon.

2. Cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C Fan.

3. To make the glaze, combine all ingredients and mix well.

4. After 20 minutes remove your pigs in blankets from the oven and brush with the glaze.

5. Place back in the oven for a further 5 to 10 minutes.
