Today we are going to prepare a very simple recipe . But it will save you both a lunch and a dinner with friends and it can be prepared in a very short time. Let’s start by removing the sausage from its casing which we will place in a pan

To which we have added a drizzle of oil. extra virgin olive oil we cook it on a low flame, there are really three small pieces of sausage the sausage is already tasty on its own so let’s not add salt I ‘m going to crush it slightly

So as not to leave too large pieces let ‘s prepare the filling then put it in a bowl or any container our sausage you see I also don’t leave the sauce because otherwise the pastry would get wet 150g of sautéed mushrooms

These are the ones already ready but to make them it really takes a moment wash and cut the mushrooms and fry them in the pan for a few minutes with a little salt and a little parsley for convenience I am using these also in this case I avoid the sauce

And 200 g of chopped mozzarella I mix everything and the filling is ready as I was telling you really a very simple recipe and above all the convenience is that it is almost everything is already ready so we are going to use a ready-made pastry

The mozzarella is already chopped, the mushrooms are already ready for 10 minutes and they are ingredients that you can easily have at home and in 10 minutes they save your dinner we are going to roll out a round pastry on a baking tray but it can also be rectangular we prick it

And roll out the filling we distribute it evenly so that when everyone bites they will have a nice stuffed piece We roll out another roll of puff pastry, this one too will have to be pricked to prevent it from rising during cooking I’m going to fold it up

We press a little with the fork so as to seal well if you want you can brush the surface with a little egg, a little yolk. I don’t like it. I’m going straight to using a few spices like oregano and poppy seeds, nothing else if you like you can also use sesame seeds

And this at this point is a question of taste so I bake at 200° for about 25 minutes depending also the degree of browning for which you like the pastry And here is our freshly baked pastry let’s let it cool a little before cutting it otherwise the mozzarella will stick all over
