Is Felix’s DECADENT brownie recipe worth the hype?



Is Felix’s (from Stray Kids) decadent brownie recipe worth the hype? Let’s make it and find out!

✨Recipe:
1 stick melted butter
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup Caster sugar (blended white sugar)
½ cup Brown sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Espresso powder

In a separate bowl:
½ cups Flour
¼ cup Bread flour
½ tsp Baking soda
Pinch salt
⅔ cups chocolate chips melted (hersheys)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix bowl 1 ingredients together
3. Mix bowl 2 ingredients together and fold into bowl 1
4. Gently fold in melted chocolate. Bake for 20-25 mins.

The internet has been raving about these brownies made by Felix from stray kids but are they actually that good at first this recipe seemed pretty extravagant I have never used cter sugar before and espresso powder I’ve seen this done before but all I know is that it somehow

Changes the chocolate flavor but then I realized my dumbass forgot to add chocolate chips before putting in the oven so I tried to get those in by all means necessary and these came out looking pretty fudgy I had to cut the smallest pieces possible for whatever

Reason but will these taste just as good okay these are delicious

    Who is stray kids. ??? Don’t they live in the streets??? How they got money to make brownies but not to have a roof??!!

    I used felix's brownies recipe for a surprise cake for my father on his birthday and my father loved it 🥹🫶🏻
