Today I have prepared a very tasty dinner recipe that you have not tried yet and that you can add to your dinner ideas. This chicken for dinner is a simple recipe that everyone will love. Children especially love tender chicken legs. They are very tasty and juicy. Try it and you’ll want to do it every week! They are so delicious that I make them every day! Recipe:

3 chicken legs
Separate chicken thighs from legs
For the marinade: 120ml (1/2cup) olive oil
80ml (1/3cup) lemon juice
4 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp. oregano, 2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper
Mix the marinade well and add to the chicken
Rub the marinade into the chicken
Marinate for 1 hour to overnight
When marinated, place the chicken in a baking tray
Pour over the incredible remaining marinade
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180C (360F)
Turn the boiler on for the last 3-4 minutes to crisp up the skin
For the perfect lemony rice chop 1/2 onion
Cook onion in olive oil for 3-5 minutes
Then add 2 minced garlic cloves
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup of rinsed and drained basmati rice
2 1/2 cups of chicken stock
Season with 1 tsp. salt and black pepper
Mix once, bring to a simmer and cook covered for 15-17 minutes on low heat
Meanwhile chop a bunch of greens of your choice
When the rice is cooked give it a stir and then mix in the greens
The aroma of this rice is mind-blowing!
The best lemony-garlicy chicken is ready!
