These are simple and really yummy!

1 cup toasted pecans
1 cup dried cherries
4 medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until it forms a loose ball. Roll into 1" balls. Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.
