Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Boneless chicken cubes 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Dried oregano 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 60g (½ Cup)
-Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup
-Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 1 tbs
Prepare Pita Dough:
-Warm water ½ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Olper’s Milk warm ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) soft as required
-Olper’s Milk
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaf)

Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add onion & fry until light golden.
-Add chicken,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add paprika powder,turmeric powder,dried oregano,pink salt,soy sauce,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Remove from flame,add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Let it cool.
-Add mayonnaise,chilli garlic sauce,sriracha sauce,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Pita Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast,mix well & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add warm milk,cooking oil,all-purpose flour,pink salt,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil & knead for 1-2 minutes,grease with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 45 minutes to 1 hour at warm place or until double in size.
-Knead dough until smooth.
-Take a small dough (80g),sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (6 inches).
-Place rolled dough on a baking tray lined with silicon baking sheet.
-Mark the dough in half with the help of dough cutter,apply soft butter on half side of rolled dough & flip the other side on it.
-Apply milk,add onion,mozzarella cheese & sprinkle red chilli crushed.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 12-14 minutes (on lower grill).
-Take out from oven & cover with kitchen cloth for 15 minutes.
-On each pita bread,add lettuce leaf,prepared chicken filling & serve (makes 6)!

-Pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Chicken aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Paprika powder,haldi powder,dried oregano,pink salt aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Chulhay s ahata lein aur cheddar cheese dal ker cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Mayonnaise,chilli garlic sauce & sriracha sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
Prepare Pita Dough:
-Bowl mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Neem garam doodh,cooking oil,maida aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker 1-2 minute kliya ghond lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 45 minutes to 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough lein (80g) lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (6 inches).
-Rolled dough ko a baking tray lined with silicon baking sheet perrakh dein.
-Dough ko center mein mark ker lein,rolled dough ka half side per soft makhan laga lein aur flip ker lein.
-Doodh laga ker pyaz,mozzarella cheese aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 12-14 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill).
-Oven sa nikal lein aur kitchen cloth sa 15 minutes kliya cover ker lein.
-Her pita bread mein salad patta aur tayyar chicken filling dal ker serve karein (makes 6)!

  1. already tried this recipe and it turned out great but i use cream cheese instead of butter on pita bread it gives more taste.
