✅ LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS (for a mold 18*13 cm):
~ 100 g (3.5 oz) of Savoiardi cookies⠀

⭐For impregnation:
150 ml (6 fl oz) of tangerine juice
1-2 tablespoons of sugar
zest of 1 tangerine ⠀

⭐For filling:
150 ml (6 fl oz) of tangerine juice
50 g (1.5 – 2 oz) of sugar
6 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
zest of 1 tangerine
75 g (2.6 oz) of butter ⠀

⭐For cream:
200 g (7 oz) of mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
200 ml (6.7 fl oz) of cream 33%
20 g (0.7 oz) of caster sugar⠀

⭐For decoration:
1 tangerine
tangerine leaves (can be replaced with mint or rosemary leaves)
