Make it today, it could NOT be easier. Throw everything in and cook. That’s it. 
• 1-2 pounds chicken thighs
• 3 garlic cloves, minced (more the merrier)
• 5 carrots, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 4-6 celery stalks, diced
• 6 cups water
• 1 cup chopped fresh dill, divided in half
• 1 teaspoon fine sea salt, more to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, more to taste
• 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
Place chicken into your Instant Pot (frozen OR fresh)
Chop veggies and add them in, add salt, pepper, and 1/2 the dill
Add water until the chicken is covered
Cook on high for 45 minutes (frozen) or 35 minutes (fresh)
While cooking, make your @jovialfoods Stelline as directed on package and set aside
Once done, shred chicken, discarding fat
Add turmeric, remaining dill, lemon
Adjust salt and pepper as desired
Serve with pasta and enjoy! Freezes great, too!
