Roasted Cauliflower with Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients:
• 1 large head of cauliflower
• 2 small cucumbers
• Green onions
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• Salt
• Garlic chili sauce
• Parmesan cheese
• Garlic powder
• Honey chili glaze
• Universal seasoning

Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 400°F.
• Cut the cauliflower head into 5 large slices or separate florets, whichever you prefer.
• Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower slices or florets, then season with salt, universal seasoning, garlic powder, honey chili glaze, and Parmesan cheese.
• Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown, depending on your preferred level of softness.
• Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
• Grate the cucumbers and chop the green onions.
• In a bowl, combine the sour cream, garlic chili sauce, grated cucumber, chopped green onions, and salt to taste. Mix well.
• Serve the roasted cauliflower warm with the cucumber sauce on the side.
