We can’t get enough of these roasted golden potatoes they are awesomely crispy on the outside and then they’re fluffy and soft on the inside so i just slice them into quarters and we put them on a baking sheet with some olive oil salt pepper and some minced garlic

And then we’re also going to add some fresh rosemary just pull that from the stem and then tear it into little pieces and then i’m just going to use my hands and mix this all together and make sure everything gets coated in all those seasonings and that olive oil and then

Lastly before you put them into the oven make sure they are cut side down so those cut sides will get super crisp halfway through we’re going to flip them over so i baked these for about 40 minutes and they are so delicious can’t wait for you to try them

  1. Try wrapping bacon around fingerlings, other seasonings and garlic too, or even whole small shallots, they melt!
