Hey guys for today’s video I’m going to be making a keto lemon garlic butter shrimp with zucchini noodles I’m not gonna be on camera in this video I wasn’t feeling too well but this recipe is so so good I just had to share it with you I hope you guys check it out

First you need to start out with a hot skillet with olive oil and butter I forgot to add the butter to this one but she’ll see me add that in just a little bit so I’m adding my shrimp to my hot pan and you’ll see here I’m adding some

Pink Himalayan salt and red pepper flakes I remembered that I needed to add the butter so I’m adding it in a little bit late so you guys just remember to add your oil and butter to the pan before you add the shrimp silly silly me I told you I wasn’t

Feeling very well so here I’m just turning my shrimp over once it started to brown and then once it Browns gets all nice and calmly on one side make sure you turn it over And yes this is what we want our shrimp to look like so when it is ready go ahead and remove it from your pan I just put mine in a bowl here And look at all of those bits all of that flavor down at the bottom of my pan we are going to use that flavor so make sure you leave all of that goodness down there in the bottom of that pan so here we’ll add two tablespoons of butter 1/4

Of a cup of chicken stock and we’ll squeeze in some fresh lemon juice and a squirt of sriracha now here I’m just going in and I’m stirring that around and I’m getting up all of those delicious bits at the bottom of that pan oh my goodness that is nothing but

Flavor so make sure you get up all of that flavor and just begin to work it into that sauce and after that just let it simmer for a little bit and let those flavors marry together and this is what we want our sauce to look like so at

This point we go ahead and we add in our zucchini noodles now the thing about these zucchini noodles once you add them in because zucchini retains a lot of water it’s going to that water’s gonna start to come out once you start to cook

It so what I do is I allow my zucchini noodles to sit and simmer until most of the water is reduced out of the noodles and so we’re just tossing the zucchini noodles around to make sure all of the noodles get coated with that delicious

Sauce that was in our pan we want every bit of our noodles covered with that delicious sauce and here I’m just allowing the zucchini noodles to sit and simmer again we want the water to reduce out of them you see all the water at the bottom of the pan there that has began

To come out of our zucchini noodles and to be perfectly honest I like a little bit of char on my noodles anyway so I’ll let them just cook down until that char is on my noodles see all that water so I’ve let the zucchini noodles cook until some of that water has

Reduced as you can see a lot of it is gone out of my pan already and here I’m getting all those bits still from around my pan making sure that it’s incorporated into my noodles and at this point once your noodles are at your desired the texture you want them go

Ahead and add your shrimp back to your pan and I’m just gonna let my shrimp sit here and get a little bit Brown without overcooking it I want it to get a little bit more Brown and here I just and began to toss it around a little bit make sure

That both sides get that little bit of char on them mmm it smells so good I cannot wait for you guys to try this Now it’s time to plate it up so that’s what I’m doing here my noodles are done my shrimp is at my desired texture and tenderness and we end up this beautiful delicious dish and I just went on and topped mine with some parsley flakes and

Cut up some lemon and put there on the side just to make it nice and appealing to the eye and if you want you can go ahead and squeeze some more lemon juice on I like to do that well guys I hope you enjoyed this video I hope you get an

  2. The Agoge diet works best for fat loss. I tried the ketogenic diet but it was so difficult to stick with and very hurting on the body.

  3. Nearly forgot the butter and definently forgot the garlic. Pro tip: Zucchini noodles do retains water. First put them in a few papertowels and twist to get the excess water comes out. Then cook as normal. @sincerely legenia
