RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 broccoli.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
5 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
5 mushrooms.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Rosemary.
Mix well.
2 garlic.
Olive oil.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry for 3 minutes.
1 carrot.
Fry for another 3 minutes.
1 red paprika.
Add mushrooms.
Fry until golden brown.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Basil 1/2 teaspoon.
Dried garlic 1/2 teaspoon.
Stir and cook until fragrant, 2 minutes.
Cherry tomatoes.
4 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Milk 1/2 cup / 100 ml.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 100g/3.52oz.
Mix well.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Cheese 150 g / 5.29 oz.
Parmesan cheese small piece.
Add cheese.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
Ketchup 1 tablespoon.
2 garlic.
Dill.
2 pickled cucumbers.

  1. I see you use too much SALT, PEPPER & OIL. Pepper no need to use on the food a lot as you use and Salt, my God!!! That's a LOT! You need to low these ingredients 1st. Won't taste good and 2nd. Not good for your healt.

  2. Too much oil and salt. Broccoli should not be overcooked with a lot of water. If you're using non-stick pans you should not put oil anymore. TIP: Bake instead of frying.

  3. The word "simple" needs to be taken out of the description.
    5 hours of prep work, 40 ingredients, and
    25 pans/bowls to cleanup is anything but simple! 🧐😃

  4. I love the dish I made it today it was really good I added a little pepper to it jalapenos turned out very good thank you only instead of salt I use chicken base

  5. Why is this called a BROCCOLI casserole, when it has 5 vegetables in it? And why does it need the weird sauce? The amount of salt may or may not be too much. All food flavors are enhanced with salt during cooking…excess is in terms of amount, which is only given at one point. Of course the potatoes need salt.

  6. My mouth watered through every stage of this recipe. I'd love it if it was cooked for me, but… I think too much hard work to cook myself.
