Ingredients :

4 chicken legs
2 Onions
3 candied lemons
1 drizzle of olive oil
0.5 l Chicken broth
1 handful pitted black olives
1 handful pitted green olives
2 sprigs of coriander

Step 1: Peel and slice the onions.

In a casserole dish, heat the olive oil and brown the chicken for 2 minutes on all sides.

Step 2: Reserve them then add the onions for 3 minutes over low heat.

Replace the chicken pieces and the lemons cut into quarters.

Step 3: Salt, pepper and pour in the chicken stock.

Leave to simmer for 40 minutes covered.

Step 4: After this time, add the olives and continue cooking for 10 min.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
